In order to participate in the Program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, be a legal resident of, and physically located within, the United States, and be able to provide a unique and valid email address at the time of signing up. You must be legally competent to enter into contracts to sign up for the Program. Nortiv8 reserves the right to limit the number of Members in the Program. If you are not eligible to participate, you are prohibited from accessing, using, and registering for the Program. A Member may maintain only one Program membership account in DP Dream Pairs Inc. Nortiv8, in its sole judgment, reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the Program or revoke issued Points or Rewards, for any reason, including, for example, if that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, making purchases with the intention of returning such as influencer pulls, stylist pulls or press pulls, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing Reward privileges, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent or for any other reason Nortiv8 deems necessary based on its sole discretion. If a Member is disqualified, such Member will forfeit their Points and all outstanding Rewards, as those terms are defined below, with a balance that has not been redeemed at the time of such disqualification. Program void where prohibited by law. For new Members, by creating an account through Nortiv8, you will be registered for the Rewards Program of all DP Dream Pairs Inc. brands, including Dream Pairs, Bruno Marc, Nortiv8, and Dream Pairs stores. For existing account members, you will automatically be opted-in to participate in the Nortiv8 Rewards Program, and you can provide authorization to participate in the Dream Pairs and Bruno Marc Rewards Programs. You may opt out of the Program at any time.

We value and respect your privacy. The personal information that we collect from you in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used and disclosed by us for the purpose of administration of the Program, providing you with any rewards or benefits that you redeem under the Program, marketing in connection with the Program, other marketing communications that you have opted in to receive and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

Nortiv8 is not responsible for any, direct, or indirect, consequences or problems in regards to the Rewards Program. Nevertheless, Nortiv8 will use it’s best efforts to ensure that the Rewards member can benefit from its accumulated points in case of the malfunction of the Rewards Program. Nortiv8 is not responsible for rewards that may be lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity.

Nortiv8 may modify these terms and conditions at any given time in its sole discretion. Nortiv8 may or may not inform the Members of the Rewards Program of changes to these Terms & Conditions via email. Members of the Rewards Program should regularly check the Nortiv8 website for the latest version of these Terms & Conditions. Nortiv8 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Rewards Program for any reason at any time. In the event that Nortiv8 decides to terminate the Rewards Program, all Members will be informed by means of the contact information provided by them. In event of termination and/or suspension of the Rewards Program. Nortiv8 will not be held liable for any unused points, coupons or benefits. Furthermore, the Member will have no legal recourse whatsoever against Nortiv8 in this respect and will not be entitled to any form of compensation.

We reserve the right to reject, revoke, cancel, or suspend any account(s) of any members and/or referred friend, issue rewards, and/or any and all unredeemed points, or take any other action at our discretion, at any time with immediate effect and without written notice or liability to any member, if we believe: (a) the member/or referred friend has (1) violated any of the Terms and Conditions; (2) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, regulations, or ordinances; (3) engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Program; or (4) engaged in abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, or hostile conduct in connection with the Program, or DREAM PAIRS or its Members or employees; or (b) DREAM PAIRS’s provision of the Rewards Program and/or any associated benefits (including but not limited to points, coupons, perks, and gifts with purchases) to Member may violate any applicable laws to which DREAM PAIRS is subject. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time. If we deactivate your account due to abuse or manipulation of the Program, or for any other reason, your membership in the Program will terminate immediately and your points balance and any value remaining on issued Rewards will be forfeited.

These terms apply to any purchases or ongoing use of Dream Pairs services that go beyond our standard transactions. For any ongoing or extended events, these terms will be in addition to our regular terms and will outline specific conditions and obligations for each event.

You can start accruing points for purchases made on or after April 1, 2023. Purchases made prior to April 1, 2023, will not be eligible for reward points. Reward points will be issued after orders are fulfilled, one (1) point per one (1) dollar spent. Reward points will be added to your account after a qualifying purchase is made or completing an earning point activity. Zero-dollar orders, eGift Card purchases, cancellations, out of stock orders, out of stock items, suspected fraudulent purchases, international billing, and/or international shipping are not considered qualifying purchases. Taxes, shipping, handling charges and any other fees associated with your purchase are excluded from earning and redeeming points. Remember, your points are valid until the end of the calendar year and won't be renewed or extended. Reward points are non-transferable, even to another personal account. Rewards do not have cash value, can’t be sold or can’t be exchanged for another type of credit or discount. Reward points can’t be applied retroactively to an order. We are not responsible for rewards that may be lost or redeemed as a result of any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to place limitations on the number of qualifying purchases that are eligible for the Program and/or the number or types of rewards that you may receive or earn during any given period of time or for the duration of the Program and/or any combination thereof.

·QUALIFYING REFERRALS

NORTIV 8 members can earn points when:

1.A referred friend must make a purchase through a member’s unique referral link.

2.The referred friend must complete their first order on the official websites of NORTIV 8, DREAM PAIRS, BRUNO MARC.

If your friend does not click on the referral link in their invite email or through any other means to accept your invitation, you cannot receive rewards. We will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase was a result of your referral.

Referral-invited users receive an exclusive 20% off coupon and are not eligible for the standard 15% off coupon with regular registration.

Rewards are only redeemable in the form of a free pair of shoes unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer. You can select your rewards through the Free Shoe Selection Page after your referred friend places a qualifying order.

As a NORTIV 8 member, you can receive a free pair of shoes by referring a friend who makes their initial purchase on NORTIV 8, BRUNO MARC, or DREAM PAIRS official websites. However, if your referred friend makes additional purchases, these will not be considered additional successful referrals, and you will not earn extra rewards. For instance, if your referred friend makes their first purchase on any of the three websites, you receive a free pair of shoes. Yet, if your referred friend makes both their first purchase and subsequent purchases or if they make a first purchase on all three websites, you will still receive only one free pair.

Rewards are only redeemable in the form of a free pair of shoes unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer. You can select your rewards through the Free Shoe Selection Page after your referred friend places a qualifying order. Please note that you have 3 months from the date of receiving the coupon to redeem free shoes.

·REFERRED FRIENDS

When you refer your friends, they can click on a unique referral link. Upon registration, they will receive a 20% discount on their first purchase. Please note that packs and gift cards are excluded from this offer. More importantly, you cannot refer yourself to generate qualified referrals and receive free shoes. For an order to be considered a qualified referral transaction, the referred friend must have different identifying information than the NORTIV 8 member whose link was used to initiate the order.

·NO SPAM

As a NORTIV 8 member, you can share your referral links via email using your email tools. Please ensure that the emails you create are distributed in a personal manner. Any distribution of your referral link that might be considered unsolicited commercial or spam, as defined by any applicable law or regulation, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the NORTIV 8 Referral Program.

·ABUSE

Any attempts by users to exploit vulnerabilities for repeated prize acquisition may result in product recalls and pursuit of appropriate actions. We reserve the right to address instances of misuse to ensure fair and responsible engagement with our platform.

1. The birthday benefit is currently exclusive to members of our U.S. official website and stores.

2. Members who log in through third-party registration need to add their date of birth to their member profile to activate birthday benefits.

3. Members receive a 20% OFF birthday coupon valid throughout their birthday month.

4. Coupons are issued on the 1st day of the month and remain valid until the last day (e.g., if the birthday is on March. 5, 2024, the coupon is issued on March. 1 and remains valid until March. 29, 2024).

5. For newly registered members within the current month, if your birthday falls within the same month, we will issue the birthday coupon to your account within 24 hours after registration.

6. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or products in the flash sale. It is valid for purchases within the specified timeframe.
